Sposób wytwarzania trójwymiarowych przedmiotów o zwiększonej wytrzymałości, prowadzi się tak, że w pierwszym etapie, sposobem ekstruzji warstwowej z polimeru termoplastycznego, wytwarza się cienkościenny element (1) mający kształt wytwarzanego przedmiotu. W drugim etapie pomiędzy ścianami tego cienkościennego elementu (1), pod obniżonym ciśnieniem, umieszcza się wypełnienie (3) w postaci polimeru chemoutwardzalnego. W trzecim etapie ten cienkościenny element (1) z wypełnieniem (3) wygrzewa się do czasu zakończenia sieciowania polimeru.
