Abstract

System optyczny detekcji paczki w skrytce szafy paczkomatu składa się z modułu sterująco-zasilającego, zespołu nadajnika i zespołu odbiornika (6) umieszczonych w szafie paczkomatu i włączonych do systemu paczkomatowego. Wewnątrz skrytki mieszczony jest co najmniej jeden zespół nadajnika i co najmniej jeden zespół odbiornika usytuowane na przeciwległych ściankach (1.2) skrytki. Każdy zespół zawiera elementy optoelektroniczne i wykonany jest w postaci płytki drukowanej zamkniętej w podłużnej obudowie (8.4). Zespół nadajnika ma co najmniej cztery emitery IR i sterownik LED a zespół odbiornika ma co najmniej cztery fototranzystory IR typu NPN o długości fali z zakresu bliskiego podczerwieni, multiplekser, moduł realizujący funkcję logiczną OR. Obudowy (8.4) mają na dłuższych bokach, wykonane otwory (8.5) odpowiadające rozmieszczeniu, odpowiednio, emiterów IR i fototranzystorów IR. System optyczny, charakteryzuje się tym, że wyjścia fototranzystorów IR połączone są z wejściami Y1-Y7 multipleksera, linie sterujące z mikrokontrolera połączone są z wejściami sterującymi S0, S1, S2 multipleksera, a wyjście Z multipleksera połączone jest z wejściem Z mikrokontrolera. Ponadto linie sterujące multipleksera połączone są poprzez moduł realizujący funkcję logiczną OR ze sterownikiem LED zespołu nadajnika. Na zewnętrznej powierzchni elementów optycznych umieszczona jest przeźroczystą przesłoną. Pierwszy zespół nadajnika i pierwszy zespół odbiornika usytuowany jest przy dnie konstrukcyjnym (1.1) skrytki, a kolejny zespół nadajnika i odpowiednio odbiornika usytuowany jest około połowy wysokości skrytki.
