Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest środek farmaceutyczny przeznaczony do terapii bólu w obrębie jamy brzusznej o ustalonej dawce, który zawiera jako substancję czynną o działaniu przeciwskurczowym 60 - 120 mg alweryny, substancję czynną o działaniu przeciwbólowym i przeciwzapalnym 100 - 800 mg ibuprofenu, 50 - 150 mg silifikowanej celulozy mikrokrystalicznej, 20 - 60 mg laktozy jednowodnej, 10 - 60 mg sodowego glikolanu skrobi, 5 - 15 mg hypromelozy, 2 - 20 mg krzemionki koloidalnej, 5 - 15 mg stearynianu magnezu, 10 - 50 mg systemu powlekającego, wodę oczyszczoną oraz inne farmaceutycznie dopuszczalne środki pomocnicze. Sposób otrzymywania środka farmaceutycznego przeznaczonego do terapii bólu polega na granulacji alweryny cytrynianu przy użyciu substancji wiążącej, mieszaniu otrzymanego granulatu z ibuprofenem i substancjami pomocniczymi oraz z substancją poślizgową, w wyniku czego otrzymuje się masę tabletkową lub mieszankę do kapsułkowania, saszetkowania.
