Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest manipulator do nanoszenia warstw na płytki podłożowe w urządzeniu MBE. Manipulator ten posiada część mocującą płytki w postaci umieszczonej na jednym drążku manipulacyjnym (1) ramki (2), część zabezpieczającą w postaci umieszczonej na drugim drążku manipulacyjnym (3) przesłony (4) oraz flanszę/tarczę (5), w której osadzone są umieszczone w próżnioszczelnych przepustach drążki (1 i 3). Ramka (2) od strony połączenia z drążkiem (1) posiada na stałe przymocowany do niej element (6) pozycjonujący położenie płytek podłożowych (7) z jednej strony oraz połączony suwliwie z ramką (2) element (8), stabilizujący położenie płytek (7) z drugiej strony.
