Abstract
Linia technologiczna do separacji metanu z mieszaniny gazów odprowadzanych w szybach wydechowych z kopalni węgla kamiennego ma w szybie wydechowym (1) zainstalowany dyfuzor połączony przewodem instalacyjnym z odwadniaczem (4) i urządzeniem osuszającym (5) oraz wentylatorem (6) i zestawem filtrów (7) sprzężonymi z co najmniej jednym absorberem wypełnionym saturowanym olejem parafinowym, zaś odprowadzający przewód instalacyjny (9) z absorbera (8) ma odkraplacz (10) oleju parafinowego połączony przewodem instalacyjnym (11) ze zbiornikiem wyrównawczym (12), a przewód instalacyjny (13) łączący absorber (8) ze zbiornikiem wyrównawczym (12) posiada pompę (14) sprzężoną z desorberem (15), który przewodami instalacyjnymi (16) połączony jest z instalacją użytkową, przy czym parownik (15), połączony jest także przewodem instalacyjnym (17) z pompą (18) sprzężoną z chłodnicą (19), i zbiornikiem wyrównawczym (20), który poprzez przewód instalacyjny (21) podłączony jest do absorbera (8) w układzie zamkniętym. Linia pozwala na separację metanu z mieszaniny gazów odprowadzanych z powietrzem wentylacyjnym kopalń i jego utylizację. Wynalazek dotyczy także wysoko sprawnego procesu do odprowadzenia i utylizacji metanu jako gazu cieplarnianego z głębinowych kopalń węgla kamiennego pozwalającego uzyskać metan o optymalnych parametrach stężenia z mieszaniny gazów odprowadzanych z kopalni głębinowej węgla kamiennego szybami wydechowymi.
