Abstract
Samolot ma co najmniej jeden kadłub (1), którego górna część połączona jest sztywno z podłużnicą grzbietową (6) usytuowaną równolegle do jego osi podłużnej, przy czym środek centralnego segmentu (7) podłużnicy grzbietowej (6) usytuowany jest w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie środka ciężkości całego samolotu względem poziomej osi podłużnej oraz poziomej osi poprzecznej samolotu, a w centralnym segmencie (7) osadzony jest obrotowo sworzeń główny połączony z co najmniej jednym silnikiem odrzutowym (3) obracanym o kąt minimum 90 stopni, od konfiguracji pionowej do konfiguracji poziomej, przy czym centralny segment (7) zamocowany prostopadle do zewnętrznych ścianek pionowych segmentu centralnego podłużnicy grzbietowej (6) wyposażonych w dźwigary zewnętrzne zespołu napędowego (4), zaś sworzeń główny obracany jest segmentem zębatkowym napędzanym siłownikami hydraulicznymi, ponadto do kadłuba (1) zamocowana jest co najmniej jedna para płatów skrzydeł, przy czym w tylnej części kadłuba (1) zamocowana jest jedna para płatów ukośnych skrzydeł (2) o wzniosie dodatnim.
