Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest topogami kwasu nukleinowego charakteryzujące się tym, że jest to sztuczna nanostruktura kwasu nukleinowego składająca się z co najmniej 2 splecionych jednoniciowych pierścieni kwasu nukleinowego i związanych z nimi komplementarnych nici klamrowych zdolnych do fałdowania w zaprojektowane struktury 2D lub 3D. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania splecionych jednoniciowych pierścieni DNA.
