Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu pomiaru gazów za pomocą rejestracji rezystancji stałoprądowej z rezystancyjnego czujnika gazu i układ do realizacji sposobu. Stosuje się czujnik gazu (RS) w postaci dwóch elektrod metalowych i warstwy gazoczułej pomiędzy nimi, zaś moduluje się pracę czujnika gazu (RS) w ten sposób, że jednocześnie zmienia się co najmniej dwukrotnie temperaturę warstwy gazoczułej czujnika rezystancyjnego gazów (RS) z użyciem urządzenia grzewczego (RH) zasilanego przez pierwsze modulowane źródło napięcia (U1) oraz jednocześnie działa się na warstwę gazoczułą promieniowaniem UV, które emituje się z co najmniej jednego źródła fal promieniowania UV (DUV) zasilanego przez drugie modulowane źródło napięcia (U2). Dokonuje się co najmniej dwukrotnej zmiany temperatury i stosuje się co najmniej jedną długość fal promieniowania UV i w tym czasie dokonuje się pomiaru rezystancji pomiędzy dwoma elektrodami znaną metodą.
