Abstract

The subject of the invention is a method of producing an organic-mineral fertilizer with a balanced effect. The method of producing an organic-mineral fertilizer with a balanced effect consists in the fact that the process is carried out with continuous mixing in three stages, with the composition being carriers in relation to 100 weight units (as a rule), in stage I to phosphogypsum 10 - 50 as a unit. , preferably 15 j.w. with a pH of 2.5 to 3.0, preferably 3.0 with a humidity of 20 to 40%, preferably 20%, 5 to 30 j.w. of natural calcium carbonate (CaCO3) are added , preferably 20 r.u., pH 8.0; a moisture content of 1.5%, a pure CaCO3 content of 98%, preferably 95%, with a particle size of 0.01 to 5.0 mm, preferably 4 mm; to obtain a pH of the intermediate between 4 and 7, preferably 6.5; then, in the second stage, a high ammonia (NH3) fertilizer mix is added to the mixture prepared in this way, from 15 to 50 c.u., preferably 35 c.u. with a pH of 8.0, a moisture content of 2 to 15%, preferably 10%, to obtain a pH of the intermediate product in the range of 5 to 7, preferably 6.0, with an ammonia stabilization level of 90 - 98%, preferably 95%; further in the third stage, ground raw lignite from 20 to 60 w.u., preferably 50 w.u., pH from 5.5 to 7.0, preferably 7.0, particle size from 1 to 5 mm, preferably 4 mm, moisture content from 40 to 55%, preferably 50%; to obtain an organic-mineral fertilizer with a pH of 5.5 to 7.0, preferably 6.5, with an organic substance content of 35 to 65%, preferably 55%, dry matter from 45 to 80%, preferably 70%, organic carbon (C) content in the range from 20 to 40%, total nitrogen (N) from 1.5 to 5.5%, C/N ratio from 7 to 15, calcium from 3.5 to 7%, magnesium from 1 up to 3%, potassium from 3 to 8%, phosphorus from 1.5 to 3.5%, sulfur from 5 to 15%, zinc from 100 to 150 mg/kg, copper from 50 to 100 mg/kg; iron from 2500 to 5000 mg/kg until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
