Abstract

Nośnik danych, w szczególności nośnik danych do dokumentów z elementami zabezpieczającymi, a zwłaszcza dokumentów wartościowych z elementami zabezpieczającymi, zawierający transmisyjny element dyfrakcyjny (102), korzystnie obejmujący dane personalne i/lub oznaczenia indywidualizujące nośnik danych, który to transmisyjny element dyfrakcyjny (102), przy oświetlaniu światłem skolimowanym, zapewnia projekcję obrazu obserwowalną na powierzchni znajdującej się po przeciwnej stronie nośnika niż źródło światła skolimowanego oświetlającego nośnik zawierający ten transmisyjny element dyfrakcyjny (102), i który to nośnik danych obejmuje podłoże nośnika zawierające stos, korzystnie trwale połączonych ze sobą, najkorzystniej laminowanych, co najmniej trzech warstw, w tym co najmniej dwóch warstw transparentnych, korzystnie warstw transparentnej folii, spośród których co najmniej jedna warstwa transparentna jest warstwą transparentną podatną na znakowanie laserowe, oraz, korzystnie jednej lub więcej nietransparentnej warstwy (101) z transparentnym okienkiem, przy czym nośnik ten jest przynajmniej w części swojej powierzchni transparentny, tworząc transparentny obszar powierzchni nośnika danych, który w przypadku obecności nietransparentnej warstwy (101) jest definiowany przez obszar transparentnego okienka albo okienek obecnych w nietransparentnej warstwie (101), pokrywający się przynajmniej częściowo z obszarem powierzchni nośnika danych zaopatrzonym w transmisyjny element dyfrakcyjny (102) zapewniający transmisyjny efekt dyfrakcyjny i który to transmisyjny element dyfrakcyjny (102) ma postać wzoru składającego się z obszarów zmodyfikowanych laserem we wspomnianej co najmniej jednej warstwie podatnej na znakowanie laserowe, i przy czym transmisyjny element dyfrakcyjny jest generowaną komputerowo niewyczuwalną dotykiem holograficzną strukturą binarną utworzoną z obszarów, pierwszego i drugiego, o skrajnie odmiennej charakterystyce przepuszczania promieni świetlnych, spośród których pierwszy jest korzystnie obszarem zasadniczo przepuszczającym promienie świetlne, a drugi korzystnie jest obszarem zasadniczo nieprzepuszczającym promieni świetlnych, i która to holograficzna struktura zapewnia w obrazie transmisyjnym obserwację zakodowanego w holograficznej strukturze binarnej obrazu, a jej grubość nie przekracza grubości nośnika.
