Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania polimerowego kompozytu zapachowego w postaci koncentratu zapachowego, będącego nośnikiem zapachów, który można używać zarówno jako granulat odświeżający do zamkniętych pomieszczeń, jak i łatwo wykorzystać w dowolnym sposobie przetwórczym tworzyw polimerowych metodami wytłaczania, wtryskiwania, termoformowania, formowania rotacyjnego itp., prowadzącym do wytworzenia detali użytkowych wszelkiego rodzaju. Sposób wytwarzania polimerowego kompozytu zapachowego według wynalazku polega na tym, że kopolimer etylen — octan winylu (EVA) w postaci granulek w ilości 75% masowych miesza się z ilością 5% masowych hydrofilowej krzemionki płomieniowej, którą to mieszaninę uzupełnia się drobnoziarnistym talkiem w ilości 5% masowych, oraz miesza się z 15% masowych organicznej esencji zapachowej (OEZ), po czym tak wytworzoną mieszaninę dozuje się do wytłaczarki ślimakowej, gdzie w procesie wytłaczania następuje uplastycznienie materiału pod wpływem działania sił ścinających i temperatury, z kolei uplastyczniony materiał i przetłacza do głowicy wytłaczarskiej, a następnie chłodzi się i wytwarza się w znany sposób granulat polimerowego koncentratu zapachowego. Ponadto, sposób wytwarzania polimerowego kompozytu zapachowego polega także na tym, że poli(bursztynian butylenu) (PBS) w postaci granulek w ilości 74% masowych miesza się z ilością 5% masowych, hydrofilowej krzemionki płomieniowej, którą to mieszaninę uzupełnia się drobnoziarnistym talkiem, w ilości 1% masowych oraz miesza się z organiczną esencją zapachową (OEZ) w ilości 20%, po czym tak wytworzona mieszaninę dozuje się do wytłaczarki ślimakowej, gdzie w procesie wytłaczania następuje uplastycznienie materiału pod wpływem działania sił ścinających i temperatury, z kolei uplastyczniony materiał i przetłacza do głowicy wytłaczarskiej, a następnie chłodzi się i wytwarza się w znany sposób granulat, polimerowego koncentratu zapachowego.The subject of the invention is a method of producing a polymer fragrance composite in the form of a fragrance concentrate, which is a fragrance carrier, which can be used both as a refreshing granulate for closed rooms, and easily used in any processing of polymer materials by means of extrusion, injection, thermoforming, rotational molding, etc., leading to the production of all kinds of usable details. The method of producing the fragrance polymer composite according to the invention consists in mixing the ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer in the form of granules in the amount of 75% by weight with the amount of 5% by weight of hydrophilic fumed silica, the mixture being supplemented with fine-grained talc in the amount of 5% mass, and mixed with 15% by mass of organic fragrance essence (OEZ), then the mixture prepared in this way is dosed into a screw extruder, where in the extrusion process the material is plasticized under the influence of shear forces and temperature, and the plasticized material is pumped into the head extruder, and then cooled, and granules of the polymer fragrance concentrate are prepared in a known manner. In addition, the method of producing the polymer fragrance composite also consists in mixing poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) in the form of granules in the amount of 74% by weight with the amount of 5% by weight of hydrophilic fumed silica, which mixture is supplemented with fine-grained talc, in the amount of 1% by mass and mixed with the organic fragrance essence (OEZ) in the amount of 20%, after which the mixture prepared in this way is dosed into the screw extruder, where in the extrusion process the material is plasticized under the influence of shear forces and temperature, and the plasticized material and is pumped to the extrusion head, and then cooled, and pellets of a polymer fragrance concentrate are produced in a known manner.
