Abstract

Endoproteza stawu biodrowego składa się z trzpienia z szyjką walcową na której zamocowana jest główka kulista osadzona obrotowo we wkładce panewki (4). Na wkładce panewki (4) jest zamontowany na stałe półpierścień górny (9) z otworami nieprzelotowymi (16 i 17) w których osadzone są rozłącznie kołki blokujące na stałe w półpierścieniu dolnym. Półpierścień dolny jest zamocowany rozłącznie do wkładki panewki (4) przy użyciu śruby kostnej do półpierścienia górnego (9) przy użyciu kołków blokujących.
