Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania wyrobu ceramicznego metodą odlewania żelowego polegający na zmieszaniu proszku ceramicznego z wodnym roztworem monomeru organicznego, który stanowi pochodna gliceryny, upłynniaczem, aktywatorem polimeryzacji rodnikowej, odpowietrzeniu masy, dodaniu inicjatora, uformowaniu masy, suszeniu i spiekaniu wyrobu ceramicznego; sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że jako monomer organiczny stosuje się akrylan trigliceryny. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także zastosowanie powyższego sposobu do wytwarzania wyrobu ceramicznego o złożonej geometrii bez defektów powierzchniowych i spękań.
