Abstract

Rozwiązanie dotyczy zespołu do warstwowego podawania paliwa stałego na ruszt taśmowy kotła energetycznego, który powoduje równomierne spalanie warstw paliwa, a warstwa spodnia o mniejszej gęstości nie ulega dezintegracji po nałożeniu na nią warstwy paliwa o większej gęstości. Zespół posiada ruszt taśmowy (1) usytuowany w komorze paleniskowej (2) kotła i częściowo przed nią, oraz dwa zasobniki (3 i 4) paliwa usytuowane nad częścią przednią rusztu taśmowego (1). Zasobnik pierwszy (3) od strony przedniej rusztu taśmowego (1) ma wał podawczo-ugniatający (6) o użebrowanej ściance obwodowej. Pomiędzy wałem podawczo-ugniatającym (6), a wylotem (7) zasobnika drugiego (4) zamocowana jest kierownica (8).The solution concerns an assembly for layered feeding of solid fuel to the belt grate of a power boiler, which causes even combustion of fuel layers, and the bottom layer with a lower density does not disintegrate after applying a layer of higher density fuel on it. The unit has a belt grate (1) located in the combustion chamber (2) of the boiler and partly in front of it, and two fuel containers (3 and 4) located above the front part of the belt grate (1). The first hopper (3) from the front side of the belt grate (1) has a feeding and kneading roller (6) with a ribbed circumferential wall. The steering wheel (8) is mounted between the feeding and kneading roller (6) and the outlet (7) of the second hopper (4).
