Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania kompozytu ceramiczno-polimerowego jako substytu kości lub jako materiału wiążącego implant z kością, zwłaszcza jako kleju kostnego, charakteryzujący się tym, że do wody, korzystnie demineralizowanej, w ilości 37 do 47% wag. względem masy całego kompozytu w temperaturze od 40 do 60°C i przy szybkości mieszania od 150 do 300 rpm dodaje się polimer pochodzenia naturalnego, korzystnie żelatynę, w ilości od 17 do 19% wag. względem masy całego kompozytu, a następnie przy ciągłym mieszaniu do wodnego roztworu polimeru pochodzenia naturalnego w temperaturze od 30 do 50°C dodaje materiały bioceramiczne na bazie bioszkła i/lub hydroksyapatytu i/lub nanohydroksyapatytu w ilości od 35 do 38% wag. względem masy całego kompozytu. Uzyskaną kompozycję poddaje się homogenizacji i kolejno do mieszaniny dozuje się czynnik sieciujący, korzystnie transglutaminazę. Po dodaniu czynnika sieciującego mieszaninę poddaje się homogenizacji przez okres od 5 do 30 sekund, korzystnie 10 sekund.
