Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zawór hydromechaniczny zwrotny kulowy napowietrzająco-odpowietrzający, szczególnie zawór o korpusie wykonanym z żeliwa, który znajduje zastosowanie w instalacjach przesyłu mediów ciekłych, zwłaszcza w stacjach wodnych, bądź przemysłowych po stronie tłocznej. Zgodny ze zgłoszeniem zawór jest zaopatrzony w dwa organy odcinające przepływ mające postać kul pracujących wspólnie w tych samych osiach ułożonych względem siebie pod kątem „A”, niezależnie od siebie odcinających przepływ medium i zachodzących na siebie zakresami pracy, przy czym wlot otworu rewizyjnego jest zamykany pokrywą z lokalnie powiększaną średnicą z wewnątrz usytuowanymi prowadnicami organu zamykającego, stanowiących jedną całość z korpusem zaworu napowietrzająco-odpowietrzającego, którego całość stanowi jednolity odlew z korpusem zaworu zwrotnego. Zawór posiada drugie pełne gniazdo oporowe (6) umieszczone pośrodku okręgu opisującego pokrywę (4), na którym jest osadzony organ zamykający w postaci kuli (3) pływającej w medium, oddzielający szczelnie przestrzeń zewnętrzną od przestrzeni wewnętrznej zaworu w położeniu pełnego zamknięcia. W pierwszym gnieździe oporowym (5) usytuowanym w korpusie (1) zaworu w sąsiedztwie przyłącza wlotowego, również w położeniu pełnego zamknięcia jest umieszczony element zamykający w postaci kuli (2) tonącej w medium.The subject of the application is a non-return air-vent hydromechanical ball valve, especially a valve with a body made of cast iron, which is used in liquid media transmission systems, especially in water or industrial stations on the pressure side. The valve, in accordance with the application, is equipped with two flow-cutting bodies in the form of balls working together in the same axes arranged at the angle "A" to each other, independently cutting off the flow of the medium and overlapping operating ranges, with the inspection opening inlet closed with a cover with a locally enlarged diameter, with internal guides of the closing body, constituting one whole with the body of the air-venting valve, the whole of which is a uniform cast with the body of the non-return valve. The valve has a second full stop seat (6) located in the middle of the circle describing the cover (4), on which the closing element in the form of a ball (3) floating in the medium is mounted, tightly separating the external space from the internal space of the valve in the fully closed position. In the first stop seat (5) located in the valve body (1) in the vicinity of the inlet connection, also in the fully closed position, there is a closing element in the form of a ball (2) sinking in the medium.
