Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania cegieł o bardzo wysokiej wytrzymałości mechanicznej, bez wypalania. Sposób polega na przygotowaniu masy, z której otrzymuje się cegły, z udziałem łupka samoczynnie przepalonego na hałdach przykopalnianych w ilości od 5% do 95% części wagowych, mączki bazaltowej w ilości od 5% do 50 % części wagowych, cement w ilości od 5% do 45 % części wagowych i niewielkiej ilości wody, następnie po wymieszaniu i napełnieniu form odbywa się prasowanie o nacisku od 20 MPa do 50 MPa. Według sposobu otrzymuje się cegły o wytrzymałości na ściskanie od 40 MPa do 100 MPa.
