Forma odlewnicza do rdzeni magnetycznych ze szczeliną rozproszoną, wykonana z silikonu i mająca gniazdo odlewnicze, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma kształt walca, w którego wnętrzu jest toroidalne gniazdo odlewnicze (2), mające ścianę wewnętrzną i ścianę zewnętrzną. Przez centralną część gniazda (2) przebiega otwór wewnętrzny (4) ograniczony ścianą wewnętrzną gniazda odlewniczego (2). Wokół gniazda usytuowane są symetrycznie co najmniej cztery otwory zewnętrzne (3), przy czym pomiędzy ścianą zewnętrzną gniazda odlewniczego (2) a otworami zewnętrznymi (3), wewnątrz formy odlewniczej (1) jest osadzona cewka (6).A casting mold for magnetic cores with a diffused gap, made of silicone and having a casting cavity, is characterized in that it has the shape of a cylinder, inside which there is a toroidal casting cavity (2) having an inner wall and an outer wall. At least four outer holes (3) are symmetrically located around the socket, and a coil (6) is placed between the outer wall of the casting socket (2) and the outer holes (3) inside the casting mold (1).
