Abstract

Masa formierska wiązana bentonitem z dodatkiem węglowym zawierająca 85-95% wagowych osnowy w postaci piasku kwarcowego, 4-10% wagowych materiału wiążącego w postaci bentonitu, korzystnie wapniowego modyfikowanego poli(kwasem akrylowym), 2-8% wagowych dodatku węglowego, zawierającego żywicę węglowodorową HCR lub pył węglowy oraz 1-6% wagowych wody, charakteryzuje się tym, że dodatek węglowy zawiera szungit w ilości 1-5% wagowych, przy czym udział węgla w szungicie wynosi 30-90% wagowych.
