Abstract

Szpula, zwłaszcza kablowa składa się z dwóch okrągłych tarcz przymocowanych do przeciwległych końców cylindrycznego rdzenia wykonanego z listew profilowych. Tarcze (1; 2) usytuowane są współosiowo z rdzeniem (3) i mają centralne otwory o średnicy mniejszej od średnicy rdzenia. Charakteryzuje się tym, że rdzeń składa się z co najmniej trzech listew profilowych, usytuowanych na obwodzie koła, równolegle do siebie. Listwy profilowe połączone są jednymi końcami za pomocą połączeń wciskowych bezpośrednich z pierwszą tarczą (1), a drugimi końcami również za pomocą połączeń wciskowych, bezpośrednich z drugą tarczą (2). W każdym miejscu połączenia w pierwszej tarczy (1) i w drugiej tarczy (2) wykonany jest przelotowy otwór w kształcie dziurki od klucza. Każdy otwór wąską częścią skierowany jest do środka tarczy, a szeroką o gabarycie większym od przekroju/średnicy listwy profilowej (4.1), skierowany jest w stronę obwodu tarczy. Ponadto na bocznych ścianach listew profilowych, przy ich końcach, wykonane są wręby o szerokości wrębu równej grubości tarczy (g). Natomiast szerokość wąskiego podcięcia przelotowego otworu równa jest szerokości/średnicy trzonu listwy profilowej (4.1), a długość wąskiego podcięcia przelotowego otworu jest większa od szerokości/średnicy trzonu listwy profilowej (4.1). Listwy profilowe mogą mieć przekrój prostokątny, okrągły lub inny. Korzystnie jest, gdy tarcze i listwy wykonane są z drewna lub materiału drewnopochodnego.A spool, especially a cable spool, consists of two circular discs attached to opposite ends of a cylindrical core made of profile slats. The discs (1; 2) are located coaxially with the core (3) and have central holes with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the core. It is characterized by the fact that the core consists of at least three profile strips, located on the circumference of the wheel, parallel to each other. The profile strips are connected with one end by means of direct push connections with the first shield (1), and the other ends also by means of direct push connections with the second shield (2). At each connection point in the first disk (1) and in the second disk (2), a keyhole-shaped through hole is provided. Each hole with its narrow part is directed towards the center of the disc, and the wide part with dimensions larger than the cross-section/diameter of the profile strip (4.1) is directed towards the periphery of the disc. In addition, on the side walls of the profile strips, at their ends, notches are made with the width of the notch equal to the thickness of the disc (g). On the other hand, the width of the narrow undercut of the opening is equal to the width/diameter of the shank of the profile strip (4.1), and the length of the narrow undercut of the opening is greater than the width/diameter of the shank of the profile strip (4.1). Profile strips can have a rectangular, circular or other cross-section. Preferably, the discs and slats are made of wood or a wood-based material.
