Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowa pochodna tiosemikarbazydu, o wzorze ogólnym (1) przedstawionym na rysunku, będąca jednoczesnym inhibitorem ludzkiej topoizomerazy II oraz indoloamino-2,3-dioksygenazy 1 (IDO 1), wykazująca działanie przeciwnowotworowe. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania pochodnej tiosemikarbazydu o wzorze ogólnym (1) oraz jej zastosowanie w leczeniu chorób nowotworowych.The subject of the application is a new thiosemicarbazide derivative with the general formula (1) shown in the figure, which is a simultaneous inhibitor of human topoisomerase II and indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO 1), showing anticancer activity. The application also covers a method for the preparation of a thiosemicarbazide derivative of general formula (1) and its use in the treatment of neoplastic diseases.
