Abstract
Mieszanka wypełniająca na bazie uwodnionej pulpy z płukania kruszyw kopalnych stanowiącej produkt uboczny w procesie wytwarzania kruszyw, zawiera cement oraz domieszkę uplastyczniającą, oraz zawiera od 300 kg/m<sup>3</sup> do 420 kg/m<sup>3</sup> pulpy, od 150 kg/m<sup>3</sup> do 250 kg/m<sup>3</sup> popiołów lotnych, od 100 kg/m<sup>3</sup> do 200 kg/m<sup>3</sup> cementu, od 150 kg/m<sup>3</sup> do 180 kg/m<sup>3</sup> piasku naturalnego, od 197 kg/m<sup>3</sup> do 208 kg/m<sup>3</sup> wody, od 0,5 kg/m<sup>3</sup> do 1,0 kg/m<sup>3</sup> domieszki uplastyczniającej, oraz od 2,0 kg/m<sup>3</sup> do 2,5 kg/m<sup>3</sup> domieszki napowietrzającej. Mieszanka zawiera popioły lotne z odpopielania gazów odlotowych w elektrofiltrach, oraz domieszkę uplastyczniającą na bazie polikarboksylanów i domieszkę napowietrzającą w postaci związku powierzchniowo czynnego na bazie surfaktantów anionowych i/lub amfoterycznych.
