Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania koncentratów grafenowych na bazie polimerów termoplastycznych metodą w stopie, który polega na tym, że polimer termoplastyczny w postaci proszku o rozdrobnieniu od 0,1 µm do 3 mm miesza się mechanicznie z termicznie redukowanym grafenem (rGO) płatkowym w ilościach od 10% do 50% wagowych, przy czym wielkość płatka wynosi od 50 µm do 10 mm, przy czym od 1 do 10 korzystnie 5 warstwach grafenowych i zawartości tlenu od 1% do 10%, miesza się w temperaturze od 180°C do 250°C w stopie, wytłacza w postaci żyłek, które następnie rozdrabnia do postaci granulatu.
