Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest listwa przypodłogowa, przeznaczona do zasłaniania szczelin pomiędzy ścianą a podłogą, która jest mocowana za pośrednictwem kleju stanowiącego integralną część tejże listwy. Zgłoszenie obejmuje zarówno listwy jednoczęściowe jak równie listwy wieloczęściowe. Listwa posiada od strony montażowej klej pokrywający co najmniej 10% powierzchni kontaktowej listwy ze ścianą, przy czym w fazie przedmontażowej klej od strony zewnętrznej jest osłonięty osłoną zabezpieczającą. Klej pokrywa powierzchnię kontaktową w całości lub częściowo, przy czym w przypadku gdy powierzchnia kontaktowa jest pokryta klejem tylko częściowo wówczas rozkład kleju na tej powierzchni jest taki aby statystyczny rozkład kleju zapewniał równomierny rozkład siły sklejenia na całym odcinku długości listwy.
