Abstract
Sposób pomiaru szybkości korozji stalowego zbrojenia, zwłaszcza w betonowych konstrukcjach budowlanych polega na tym, że w obudowie z tworzywa sztucznego umieszcza się bezpośrednio pod elementem pomiarowym w postaci badanej elektrody (5) odsłoniętym na korozyjne działanie betonu, identyczny element (6) odizolowany elektrycznie od tego elementu i od betonu, oba ich końce podłącza się do korozymetru (7), wykonuje pomiar oporu elektrycznego elementu (5) i kompensuje wpływ temperatury przy pomiarze oporu elementu (6), następnie równolegle do elementu pomiarowego (5) nie dalej niż 10 mm umieszcza się przeciwelektrodę (8) oraz stalą elektrodę odniesienia (9) o stałym potencjale podczas polaryzacji prądem zewnętrznym, przy czym elementy (8) i (9) izoluje się elektrycznie i łączy z elektrodą badaną (5) do potencjostatu (10), po czym wykonuje pomiar polaryzacyjną metodą elektrochemiczną.The method of measuring the corrosion rate of steel reinforcement, especially in concrete building structures, consists in placing an identical element (6) electrically insulated from this from the element and from the concrete, both ends are connected to the corosimeter (7), the electrical resistance of the element (5) is measured and the influence of temperature is compensated when measuring the resistance of the element (6), then parallel to the measuring element (5) no more than 10 mm is placed counter electrode (8) and a steel reference electrode (9) with a constant potential during polarization with external current, while elements (8) and (9) are electrically insulated and connected with the tested electrode (5) to the potentiostat (10), and then measurement by polarizing electrochemical method.
