Abstract

Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje problem ukształtowania obrzeży bocznych półek dozowników pozwalających na większą ilość szeregowego i stabilnego ich umieszczenia w prowadnicach transportowych szyn transportowych do prowadzenia procesu technologicznego jak zgrzewanie dozowników z saszetkami czy ich napełnianie płynnymi produktami. Dozownik do saszetek, zwłaszcza do płynnych produktów, charakteryzuje się tym, że półka górna (7) oraz półka dolna (6) mają ścięcia (10) obrzeży usytuowane odwrotnie symetrycznie względem siebie oraz odwrotnie symetrycznie usytuowane ścięcia obrzeży (10) prawego segmentu korpusu względem tych ścięć lewego segmentu korpusu, przy czym ścięcia obrzeży (10) stanowią zukosowne powierzchnie w odniesieniu do powierzchni półki górnej (7) i półki dolnej (6) w segmencie frontowym (4) i segmencie tylnym oraz są ukośnie usytuowane w odniesieniu do zewnętrznej powierzchni korpusu. W odmianie zgłoszenia półka górna (7) oraz półka dolna (6) mają pofalowany zarys obrzeży bocznych w prawym i w lewym segmencie, a pofalowany zarys obrzeży bocznych górnej półki (7) jest odwrotnie symetrycznie ukształtowany względem pofalowanego zarysu obrzeży bocznych dolnej półki (6).
