Abstract

Rozwiązaniem zgłoszenia jest panewka endoprotezy stawu biodrowego, która umożliwia zwiększenie skuteczności trwałego połączenia z kością poprzez lepsze jej wrastanie i powodującą lepszą migrację komórek. Panewka endoprotezy stawu biodrowego posiada monolityczny korpus (1) z materiału polimerowego w kształcie czaszy, który na stronie zewnętrznej ma niejednorodną, porowatą powierzchnię (2) złożoną z połączonych ze sobą beleczek w formie ziaren nieregularnych i kanalików, a od strony podstawy (4) ma gwint (5) z dwoma lub trzema zwojami(6), poprzedzielany wzdłużnymi pasami rozdzielającymi (7).
