Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biokompozyt z biodegradowalnego poli(kwasu mlekowego) i ziemi okrzemkowej, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera dodatkowo wosk pszczeli. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób wytwarzania powyższego biokompozytu, w którym: a) homogenizuje się poli(kwas mlekowy) w postaci granulatu, surową ziemię okrzemkową oraz wosk pszczeli, w zakresie temperatur od 180°C do 230°C, korzystnie 205°C do 215°C; b) mieli się komponenty; c) wtryskuje się produkt mielenia w temperaturze 195 – 210°C; d) rozcieńcza się granulaty 1:1 czystym polilaktydem i otrzymuje się biokompozyt; e) kondycjonuje się biokompozyt przez 5 dni w temperaturze pokojowej i/lub 5 dni w komorze klimatycznej w 10 cyklach grzania-chłodzenia (+50°C, -10°C). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także zastosowanie wosku pszczelego do otrzymywania biokompozytu, przy czym wosk stanowi samoistny czynnik reologiczny w dwuskładnikowym układzie z poli(kwasem mlekowym).
