Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób mocowania przewodu oraz dławica do mocowania przewodu, zwłaszcza elektrycznego, w ściankach sprzętu elektronicznego, energetycznego, pneumatycznego, hydraulicznego oraz mechanicznego. Sposób mocowania przewodu, zwłaszcza elektrycznego, w ściance charakteryzuje się tym, że profilowaną tuleję stanowiącą korpus dławicy (1) osadza się w otworze ścianki, tak aby powierzchnia oporowa (2) korpusu (1) przylegała do ścianki, a następnie działając osiowo z określoną siłą F<sub>1</sub> plastycznie odkształca się część korpusu (1) formując na korpusie dławicy (1), w sąsiedztwie ścianki obudowy, zewnętrzny pierścień, natomiast do przelotowego otworu (3) korpusu dławicy (1) wprowadza się przewód, zwłaszcza elektryczny, po czym część korpusu (1) zagniata się promieniowo z siłą F<sub>2</sub>. Przed operacją zagniecenia promieniowego części korpusu (1) dławicy wprowadza się elastyczną uszczelkę pomiędzy korpus dławicy (1) a przewód, zwłaszcza elektryczny. Dławica do mocowania przewodów, zwłaszcza elektrycznych, stanowiąca przepust w ściance charakteryzuje się tym, że profilowana tuleja stanowiąca korpus (1) dławicy osadzona jest w otworze ścianki za pośrednictwem plastycznie uformowanego pierścienia zewnętrznego i powierzchni oporowej (2), przy czym korpus dławicy (1) zawiera przelotowy otwór (3), w którym umieszczony jest przewód, zwłaszcza elektryczny, zaciśnięty promieniowo w części korpusu (1) dławicy. Profilowany korpus dławicy (1) w części zagniatanej promieniowo ma ściankę grubszą niż w części odkształcanej siłami przyłożonymi osiowo.
