PLPL 440353 A1 2/12 Innovative pellet from a mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge, with improved mechanical strength. The invention is based on an innovative product from a mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge, with improved mechanical strength. STATUS TECllNlKl Plant bioma in its unprocessed state is characterized by a relatively low bulk density, which makes its transport, storage and use in practice difficult. It is necessary to: densify it, e.g. in the form of pellets or briquettes. It is produced from dry Biomass is processed under high pressure and at elevated temperatures, often with a binder. During agglomeration, forces and temperature create a densification of a significant amount of raw material in a small volume. This results in a decrease in the water content, an increase in mass and energy concentration, and a significant improvement in the convenience of distribution and use of this biofuel. The shape of the particles, rounded out by the grain, is characterized by several physical properties, such as bulk density, melting point, mechanical strength, moisture content, and calorific value, depending on the quality of the raw materials and their production processes. One of the most important parameters for pellets is mechanical strength. Mechanical strength means the ability of the densified biofuel to remain intact during technological operations and transport, and therefore is one of the most important quality parameters for both the manufacturer and the customer. To obtain adequate mechanical strength, it may be necessary to use binding substances – so-called binders – in the pellet production process. Typically, binders are used, as long as their content does not reduce the content of calcium in the fuel. The binders are added in the range of: 0.0% to 0.0% and have: 0.0% of the total mass. Patent application P.396378 presents pellets fuel, in the production of which: dried sewage sludge was used. Patent description PL214U1 describes a method for obtaining fuel in the form of pellets using animal meat and bone meal and feathers, with oat flakes, straw, oil cakes, and oil plant meal, and using animal and vegetable fats as binders. Patent description PL214U1 presents a method for obtaining fuel pellets from rye mass, in which the pellet is used as a pellet, in which a post-conversion substrate resulting from the hygrogas process is used as the pellet. The authors of patent application P1210G9 describe a method for obtaining pellets from sawdust with rye residues. Patent application P.127693 discloses a method for obtaining fuel in a pellet cavity containing wood chips, sewage sludge, and grass straw in various weight proportions. Patent application P.380210 discloses a method for producing pellets from waste from mills, sludge mills, or distilleries. Patent application JP2019172766 presents a method for maintaining pellets from biomass - bamboo, in which the sewage sludge is used as a binder. The authors of invention TW201833314 described a method for obtaining densified fuel from waste Food and organic sediments bound with a binder, which may be selected from one or a combination of the following substances: kitchen waste, sweet potato flour, corn starch, rice, oatmeal. Patent description EP2865736 describes a solid fuel obtained from a mixture of biodegradable municipal waste and/or industrial fibrous materials from natural textiles and fibers, and/or industrial waste, cellulose products, phytomass from cultivation, preferably straw, waste from hydroponic cultivation, dust from grinding all types of cereals, and/or dried fruit, and/or dried flowers, and/or dried vegetables after the expiry date, and/or pomace and other waste from plant production, and/or tobacco waste, and/or kmka waste. Patent description KH101539224 discloses a solid fuel composed of biomass and organic sludge from a sewage treatment plant. To improve the mechanical properties of the fuel, a binder was used, which may be: a saccharified solution of seaweed extract, a concentrated seaweed extract, a chitosan solution, corn starch, or a mixture thereof, and is used in amounts ranging from 0.1% to 2.0% by weight based on the total mass of the solid fuel mixture. Patent application US20110197501 discloses a solid fuel derived from coal dust and coal sludge, for the production of which a binder is suitable, seeking a suitable consistency among: lignin, lignin-asphalt emulsion, wheat starch, lignosulfonate, tall oil, coal tar, polyvinyl alcohol, phenol resin, paper sludge, molasses, lime, gum, polymeric material, and mixtures thereof. Patent applications P.13G711, P.113G71G, P.13G71G, and P.13G711 disclose pellet compositions consisting of dry sewage sludge and rapeseed cake, straw, wheat bran, and hay, respectively. To improve the mechanical strength of the aforementioned pellets, an additive composition was used, which included quicklime and calcium lignosulfonate. The aim of the present invention is to obtain pellets from a mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge, with improved mechanical strength, which will be characterized by higher mechanical strength than pellets made of a mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge, the mechanical strength of which has not been improved. Surprisingly, it was found that the innovative pellet made of a mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge, according to the present invention, possesses such properties, which is characterized by higher mechanical strength than pellets whose mechanical strength has not been improved. PL 440353 A1 /12 ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION The innovative pellet made of a mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge, with improved mechanical strength, is characterized in that the mixture of wheat sludge and dry sewage sludge containing dry sewage sludge and wheat sludge in a ratio mass fraction of dry sewage sludge from wheat bran amounting to 1:99 and 1:4, contains an additive improving the mechanical strength, which is sunflower husk torrefacted in the amount of 0.5 to 2% (million), calculated on the pellet mass, which was obtained by carrying out the process at a temperature of 2:10°C for 80 minutes, in a flow of 12 l/h of inert gas. It turned out during the tests that the refinement of pellets from a mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge with sunflower husk torrefacted allows for the improvement of the mechanical strength of the pellet up to 19% in the ratio of the mixture pollutant wheat bran and dry sewage sludge, and the refining torrefied sunflower husk. The present invention is presented in embodiments I to 14, illustrating the clarification, method of production and results of test tests on the mechanical strength of the innovative product made from a mixture of wheat bran and dry sewage sludge, and the refining torrefied sunflower husk. These cannot be considered as limiting the essence of the invention, because they are only illustrative. EXAMPLES Example 1: 200 g of sunflower husk was refined with properties of 1, then they were placed in a single-necked round-bottom flask, to which an inert gas was supplied through a bubbler near the bottom of the flask, while the hot post-process gases were discharged through the top to a water cooler, where the liquid phase condensed, and the gaseous phase was discharged to the atmosphere. The torrefaction process was carried out at 230 °C, for 80 minutes, at a flow rate of 12 l/h of inert gas. After the process was completed and cooled, 59.34 g of torrefied product was obtained.
