Abstract

Kocioł kogeneracyjny zawiera płaszcz zewnętrzny, króćce wlotowy i wylotowy wody kotłowej/użytkowej, płaszcz wewnętrzny zaopatrzony w warstwę izolacji cieplnej, wewnątrz którego jest komora spalania, w której usytuowany jest parownik, którego wylot połączony jest z wejściem turbogeneratora, wspomniana komora spalania posiada pokrywę z otworem na palnik oraz połączona jest z rurami spalinowymi podgrzewacza wody kotłowej/użytkowej, zaopatrzonego w króciec wylotowy spalin. Pomiędzy płaszczem wewnętrznym (21) komory spalania A, a płaszczem zewnętrznym (18) kotła jest komora B, w której usytuowany jest skraplacz (2), którego wlot (10) połączony jest z wyjściem turbogeneratora, natomiast jego wylot (9) połączony jest z wlotem (11) parownika (1) poprzez pompę. Rury spalinowe (5) podgrzewacza wody kotłowej/użytkowej usytuowane są w jego komorze wodnej C i utwierdzone są z jednej strony w dnie sitowym (16) komory spalania A, a z drugiej strony w dnie sitowym (17) podgrzewacza wody kotłowej/użytkowej. Komora wodna C podgrzewacza wody kotłowej/użytkowej połączona jest z komorą B, w której usytuowany jest skraplacz (2).
