Elektromechaniczny wychylny zderzak dźwignicowy z absorberem energii mechanicznej charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z ruchomego ramienia (1) wyposażonego w poduszkę piezo stałą (14) i zderzak gumowy (2), połączonego przegubem (4) z prętem gwintowanym (15) przechodzącym przez obudowę (10), na którym osadzone są sprężyny kompensujące (6) usytuowane pomiędzy ruchomymi gwintowanymi talerzami (5a) i (5b), przy czym pręt gwintowany (15) połączony jest ze sprężyną (7b) masy absorbera drgań (8) z tłumikiem magnetoreologicznym (9) i sprężyną (7a) opartą o obudowę (10) zamontowaną na konstrukcji nośnej dźwignicy (12).The electromechanical tilting lifting bumper with a mechanical energy absorber is characterized by the fact that it consists of a movable arm (1) equipped with a fixed piezo cushion (14) and a rubber bumper (2), connected by a joint (4) to a threaded rod (15) passing through the housing (10), on which compensating springs (6) are mounted, located between the movable threaded plates (5a) and (5b), with the threaded rod (15) connected to the spring (7b) of the mass of the vibration absorber (8) with a magnetorheological damper ( 9) and a spring (7a) based on the housing (10) mounted on the supporting structure of the crane (12).
