Abstract

Przyrząd ochronny do intubacji, stosowany jako osłona podczas intubacji dotchawiczej, w szczególności osłona zębów oraz górnej wargi przed urazem mechanicznym podczas wykonywania czynności laryngoskopowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z uformowanej zgodnie z anatomiczną budową wargi górnej oraz siekaczy górnych, części zewnętrznej utworzonej poprzez parę wygiętych skrzydełek o szerokości S<sub>1</sub> rozchylonych zgodnie z kierunkiem użytkowania i umiejscowionych symetrycznie pomiędzy skrzydłami nosa i podzielonych na sekcje dolną (2.1) oraz sekcję górną (2.2), przy czym sekcja górna (2.2) o długości I<sub>1</sub> jest odchylona względem sekcji dolnej (2.1) o długości I<sub>2</sub>; części środkowej o szerokości od S<sub>2</sub> do S<sub>3</sub> obejmującej siekacze szczęki górnej, podzielonej na sekcję zewnętrzną (3.1) o długości I<sub>3</sub>, stanowiącej co najmniej wysokość wargi górnej oraz sekcji wewnętrznej (3.2) o długości I<sub>4</sub> odpowiadającej budowie anatomicznej tylnej ściany siekaczy szczęki górnej; oraz części wewnętrznej o szerokości S<sub>3</sub> mającej postać łuku łączącego odcinek o długości [I<sub>5</sub>+I<sub>6</sub>] mierzony od podstawy siekaczy górnych do krawędzi podniebienia twardego i zakończonego dodatkowym odgięciem o szerokości S<sub>4</sub>, dodatkowo wygiętym do wewnątrz tworząc zaokrągloną krawędź zewnętrzną o promieniu zagięcia R; gdzie grubość G wszystkich części jest co najmniej stała; przy czym część środkowa i wewnętrzna w widoku bocznym mają kształt przypominający nieforemną literę U.
