Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytowego elementu konstrukcyjnego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a) w wytłaczarce ustalenie temperatury 5 stref układu uplastyczniającego, głowicy i kalibratora, b) włączenie odciągu i ustawienie jego prędkości stosownie do prędkości wytłaczania, podanie mieszaniny kompozytowej do leju zasypowego wytłaczarki oraz przygotowanie metalowego rdzenia, c) po przejściu uplastycznionego materiału kompozytowego podanie do głowicy kątowej metalowego rdzenia i rozpoczęcie synchronizacji prędkości obrotowej ślimaka tak, aby prędkość wytłaczania wynosiła od 20 do 60 m/godzinę, d) po przejściu kompozytowego elementu konstrukcyjnego przez kalibrator i wanny chłodzące wpuszczenie do odciągu i powtórna synchronizacja prędkości obrotowej ślimaka z prędkością odciągania, e) cięcie wytłoczyny piłą na odcinki o zadanej długości.
