Abstract

Dualna taśma samoprzylepna, która ma dwie warstwy filmu klejowego w postaci kleju silikonowego zawierającego związek sieciujący i kleju akrylanowego zawierającego fotoinicjator, przy czym pierwsza i druga warstwa filmu klejowego ma od strony zewnętrznej folię polimerową, charakteryzuje się tym, że pierwsza i druga warstwa filmu klejowego beznośnikowej dualnej taśmy samoprzylepnej połączone są stronami klejącymi. Klej silikonowy zawiera dodatek nanonapełniacza krzemowego oraz związek sieciujący w postaci nadtlenku dichlorobenzoilu w ilości 0,1% do 3% wagowych w stosunku do masy polimeru silikonowego. Fotoinicjator w kleju akrylanowym stanowi 4-akrylooksybenzofenonu w ilości od 0,4% do 3% wagowych w stosunku do masy polimeru akrylanowego. Sposób otrzymywania dualnej taśmy samoprzylepnej, polega na usieciowaniu pierwszej i drugiej warstwy filmu klejowego w postaci kleju silikonowego i kleju akrylanowego, zawierających odpowiednio związek sieciujący i fotoinicjator, przy czym każda z warstw filmu klejowego zabezpieczona jest folią polimerową, charakteryzuje się tym, że pierwszą folię polimerową powleka się klejem silikonowym zawierającym dodatek nanonapełniacza krzemowego i związku sieciującego w postaci nadtlenku dichlorobenzoilu w ilości 0,5% do 3% wagowych w stosunku do masy polimeru silikonowego. Następnie klej silikonowy poddaje się usieciowaniu termicznemu. Następnie na drugą folię nanosi się klej akrylanowy, przy czym jako fotoinicjator stosuje się 4-akrylooksybenzofenonu w ilości 0,4% do 3% wagowych w stosunku do masy polimeru akrylanowego, po czym klej akrylanowy poddaje się usieciowaniu z wykorzystaniem promieniowania UV-C. Pierwszą i drugą folię łączy się stronami klejącymi i sprasowuje, otrzymując beznośnikową dualną taśmę samoprzylepną.A dual self-adhesive tape that has two layers of an adhesive film in the form of a silicone adhesive containing a cross-linking agent and an acrylate adhesive containing a photoinitiator, with the first and second layers of the adhesive film having a polymer film on the outer side, characterized in that the first and second layers of the adhesive film are carrierless dual adhesive tape are connected by adhesive sides. The photoinitiator in acrylate glue is 4-acryloxybenzophenone in an amount from 0.4% to 3% by weight relative to the weight of the acrylate polymer. The method of obtaining a dual self-adhesive tape consists in cross-linking the first and second layers of an adhesive film in the form of silicone glue and acrylate glue, containing a cross-linking compound and a photoinitiator, respectively, with each layer of the adhesive film being protected with a polymer film, characterized by the fact that the first polymer film is coated with silicone adhesive containing the addition of a silicon nanofiller and a cross-linking compound in the form of dichlorobenzoyl peroxide in an amount of 0.5% to 3% by weight in relation to the weight of the silicone polymer. The silicone adhesive is then thermally cross-linked. Then, acrylate glue is applied to the second foil, with 4-acryloxybenzophenone used as a photoinitiator in an amount of 0.4% to 3% by weight in relation to the weight of the acrylate polymer, and then the acrylate glue is cross-linked using UV-C radiation. The first and second foils are joined with adhesive sides and pressed to obtain a carrierless dual self-adhesive tape.
