Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest punkt kotwiczący, element zaczepowy, przeznaczony przede wszystkim do mocowania na dachach lub ścianach budynków, stanowiący część systemu w łańcuchu elementów zabezpieczających osoby pracujące na wysokości, mocowaną do punktu konstrukcji stałej. Punkt kotwiczący ma obudowę, która składa się z podstawy wewnętrznej (1), którą przystawia się punkt kotwiczący do ściany. W ścianie wewnętrznej (1) jest otwór (10), przez który wkłada się śrubę mocującą punkt kotwiczący do ściany. Podstawa wewnętrzna (1) jest połączona z bocznymi ścianami (5), które na drugim końcu połączone są podstawą zewnętrzną (7). Pomiędzy bocznymi ścianami (5), w pobliżu podstawy wewnętrznej (1), zamocowany jest sworzeń (2), na którym osadzone są wewnętrzne widełki (4) śruby rzymskiej (3). Drugi koniec śruby rzymskiej (3) z zewnętrznymi widełkami (6) wystaje z otworu w zewnętrznej podstawie (7). Do zewnętrznych widełek (6) mocuje się koniec liny nośnej, stanowiącej w systemie zabezpieczeń podzespół łącząco-amortyzujący. Na śrubie rzymskiej (3) we wnętrzu obudowy osadzona jest sprężyna naciskowa (8), jednym końcem oparta o podstawę zewnętrzną (7) a drugim końcem sprężyna naciskowa (8) oparta jest o podkładkę (9) umieszczoną na śrubie rzymskiej (3), przy czym podkładka (9) wspiera się na widełkach wewnętrznych (4) śruby rzymskiej (3).
