Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wanna kapielowa podluzna z uchwytami i podglówkiem, przeznaczona do lazienki. W stosunku do znanych podobnych wanien, wanna bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego, cechuje sie odmiennym uksztaltowaniem jej wnetrza, uchwytów i podglówka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na rysunku, na którym szkicowo przedstawiono wanne w widoku perspektywicznym, uwidaczniajac jej wnetrze, usytuowanie i ksztalt uchwytów i podglówka. Poza tym przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na odbitkach fotograficznych, z których: fot. 1 pokazuje wanne kapielowa w ujeciu perspektywicznym, fot. 2 - kolejno w trzech róznych rzutach uksztaltowanie uchwytu wanny, a mianowicie w widoku od dolu, w widoku bocznym i od góry, a fot. 3 - kolejno w trzech rzutach uksztaltowanie podglówka wanny, od czola, z boku i od tylu. Przedstawiona na zdjeciach fotograficznych wann a kapielowa, bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie przede wszystkim tym, ze w obrysie zewnetrznym ma postac wydluzonego prostopadloscianu, natomiast jej wnetrze uformowane jest, w widoku z góry, w czesci przedniej i tylnej na ksztalt pólkolisty, ze scianami opadajacymi do spodu po liniach lukowych, przy C2ym na obrzezu czesci przedniej osadzony jest podglówek, a obrzeza boczne uformowane maja pólkolistewglebienia, które osloniete sa od góiy uchwytami w postaci lukowych palaków, które w czesci czolowej sa pogrubione, a od dolu uformowane maja karby. Podglówek w widoku od czola ma ksztalt zblizony do odwróconego trapezu, którego wierzcholki i boki sa zaokraglone, a górna czesc ma uformowany, w czesci tylnej, wygiety ku dolowi wystep, zahaczajacy o obrzeze wanny. Wanna i jej obudowa wykonana jest w jednym takim samym jasnym kolorze, zas uchwyty i podglówek wykonane sa w ciemniejszym kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem wanny. Compared to similar known bathtubs, the bathtub that is the subject of the industrial design is characterized by a different shape of its interior, handles, and headrest. The industrial design is shown in a drawing, which sketches the bathtub in a perspective view, highlighting its interior, the location, and the shape of the handles and headrest. Furthermore, the industrial design is shown in photographic prints, of which: Photo 1 shows the bathtub in a perspective view; Photo 2 shows the shape of the bathtub handle in three different views, namely from below, side, and top; and Photo 3 shows the shape of the bathtub headrest in three views, from the front, side, and back. The bath tub shown in the photographs, which is the subject of the industrial design, is characterized primarily by the fact that its external outline is in the form of an elongated cuboid, while its interior is formed, in a top view, in the front and rear parts in a semicircular shape, with walls descending to the bottom along arc lines, at C2, a headrest is mounted on the edge of the front part, and the side edges have semicircular recesses, which are covered from above with handles in the form of arc-shaped bows, which are thickened in the front part and have notches formed at the bottom. The headrest, viewed from the front, resembles an inverted trapezoid, with rounded tops and sides. The upper section has a downward-curving protrusion at the rear that engages the bathtub rim.
