Abstract

Pierwszym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest aptamer wykazujący powinowactwo do białka PD-L1 posiadający sekwencję przedstawioną jako SEQ.1. Drugim przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zastosowanie oligonukleotydu jak zdefiniowano w pierwszym przedmiocie zgłoszenia do wytwarzania funkcjonalnego kompleksu kowalencyjnego zawierającego znacznik fluoroscencyjny albo substancję powinowactwa i oligonukleotyd według pierwszego przedmiotu zgłoszenia. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest funkcjonalny kompleks kowalencyjny zawierający znacznik albo substancję powinowactwa i oligonukleotyd jak zdefiniowano w pierwszym przedmiocie zgłoszenia. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również zastosowanie funkcjonalnego kompleksu kowalencyjnego w obrazowaniu diagnostycznym, zwłaszcza w obrazowaniu nowotworów.
