Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy implantu kości piszczelowej zawierającego porowatą klatkę (1) zasadniczo w kształcie wieloboku, przy czym na jednej z podstaw, stanowiącej podstawę mocującą (1a), umieszczony jest co najmniej jeden element mocujący kostny (2) do mocowania implantu do kości. Implant charakteryzuje się tym, że co najmniej jeden element mocujący kostny (2) stanowi element oddzielny od klatki (1), zaś klatka (1) posiada co najmniej jeden element mocujący implantowy (1.2) do mocowania do klatki (1), co najmniej jednego elementu mocującego kostnego (2), przy czym element mocujący implantowy (1.2) jest zintegrowany z klatką (1) na jej podstawie mocującej (1a). Zgłoszenie dotyczy również implantu kości piszczelowej charakteryzującego się tym, że klatka (1) posiada co najmniej jeden element mocujący implantowy (1.2) do mocowania do klatki (1), co najmniej jednego elementu mocującego kostnego (2), przy czym element mocujący implantowy (1.2) jest zintegrowany z klatką (1) na jej podstawie mocującej (1a) i stanowi szynę mocującą z gniazdami, zaś co najmniej jeden element mocujący kostny (2) jest integralny z szyną mocującą z gniazdami w sposób umożliwiający pewien zakres ruchu elementu mocującego kostnego (2) w odpowiednim gnieździe.The application relates to a tibial implant comprising a porous cage (1) generally in the shape of a polygon, wherein on one of the bases, constituting the fixing base (1a), at least one bone fastener (2) is placed for securing the implant to the bone.
