Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania zeolitowych struktur plastra miodu za pomocą modelu odlewniczego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że polega na wykonaniu pięciu etapów, gdzie I etap polega na przygotowaniu jednorazowego modelu odlewniczego w kształcie plastra miodu metodą druku 3D z tworzyw sztucznych lub wtryskiwania wosku do matrycy. W II etapie wykonuje się mieszaninę z zastosowaniem co najmniej jednego zeolitu i materiału wiążącego i korzystnie dodatkowego materiału aktywnego. W III etapie wykonuje się zagęszczanie mieszaniny uzyskanej w poprzednim etapie w modelu odlewniczym z tworzywa sztucznego lub wosku. W IV etapie łączy się model odlewniczy z układem wlewowym poprzez klejenie na gorąco, po czym wykonuje się formę odlewniczą poprzez zalewanie masą ceramiczną lub gipsową kolby odlewniczej następnie przeprowadza się proces wypalania formy w piecu, zaś w V etapie zalewa się wytworzoną wcześniej formę odlewniczą ciekłym metalem, korzystnie stopem aluminium, oraz wybija się odlew.
