Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest gwóźdź śródszpikowy z napędem hybrydowym, który posiada budowę składającą się z członu bliższego (1), dalszego (2), wirnika magnetycznego (3) oraz elementu sprężystego (4), pozwalającym wydłużać się implantowi w sposób teleskopowy przy jednoczesnym wykorzystaniu do tego celu dwóch niezależnych źródeł energii pochodzących z zewnątrz gwoździa jak i z elementów wewnętrznych. Napęd hybrydowy bazuje na sile generowanej przez wirnik magnetyczny (3) poruszany zewnętrznym, zmiennym polem magnetycznym i odkształconym w czasie montażu, zamkniętym wewnątrz implantu elemencie sprężystym (4). Gwóźdź może być stosowany do stabilizacji kości po urazach oraz do osteodystrakcji po zabiegu osteotomii.
