Abstract
Rozwiązaniem według zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania warstwy ochronnej ogniw fotowoltaicznych przeznaczonych do stosowania, zwłaszcza na powierzchniach posiadających krzywiznę. Sposób wytwarzania warstwy ochronnej ogniw fotowoltaicznych polega na umieszczeniu na podłożu szklanym (1) dolnej foli izolacyjnej (2), a na niej pierwszej warstwy tkaniny szklanej (3) o gramaturze od 20 do 80 g/m<sup>2</sup>, następnie warstwy z krzemowych modułów fotowoltaicznych (4) zwróconych warstwą światłoczułą w kierunku podłoża szklanego, na której umieszcza się drugą warstwę tkaniny szklanej (5) o gramaturze od 20 do 80 g/m<sup>2</sup>, po czym na tak ułożony stos warstw umieszcza się górną folię uszczelniającą (10) i mocuje się w niej wentyle (11) oraz elementy do odsysania powietrza, po czym wytwarza się próżnię wokół warstw tkanin szklanych i otrzymuje się laminat przy zastosowaniu żywicy epoksydowej. Pomiędzy górną folię uszczelniającą (10), a drugą warstwę tkaniny szklanej (5) umieszcza się warstwę delaminażu (6) z wężem spiralnym (7) do odsysania powietrza ułożonym w pętle w pobliżu krawędzi warstwy delaminażu (6), a w obrębie pętli z węża spiralnego (7) nad prostokątnym modułem fotowoltaicznym (4) układa się dwa pasy warstwy absorpcyjnej (8).The solution according to the application is a method of producing a protective layer of photovoltaic cells intended for use, especially on surfaces with curvature. The method of producing the protective layer of photovoltaic cells consists in placing a lower insulating foil (2) on the glass substrate (1), and on it the first layer of glass fabric (3) with a weight of 20 to 80 g/m<sup>2</sup>, then layers of silicon photovoltaic modules (4) with the photosensitive layer facing the glass substrate, on which a second layer of glass fabric (5) with a weight of 20 to 80 g/m<sup>2</sup> is placed, and then stack of layers, an upper sealing foil (10) is placed and valves (11) and air suction elements are attached to it, then a vacuum is created around the layers of glass fabrics and a laminate is obtained using epoxy resin. A delamination layer (6) is placed between the upper sealing foil (10) and the second layer of glass fabric (5). (7) two strips of the absorption layer (8) are placed above the rectangular photovoltaic module (4).
