Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pręt ściskany stanowiący profil o przekroju zamkniętym zbudowany w zasadniczej części z korpusu, który charakteryzuje się tym, że korpus (1) wypełniony jest wypełnieniem (2) materiałem wypełniającym (2) będącym cieczą lub żelem o współczynniku Poissona około 0,5 lub mniejszym lub materiałem sypkim nieściśliwym lub mało ściśliwym o współczynniku Poissona mniejszym od 0,5 lub ich dowolną kombinacją, a ponadto korpus (1) z jednej strony zakończony jest szczelną podstawą (4), a z drugiej tłokiem (3).
