Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja klejąca na bazie wodnego szkła sodowego charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera sproszkowane szkło odpadowe o wielkości ziaren poniżej 0,04 mm i o zawartości Na<sub>2</sub>Oeq wynoszącej 15 – 16% wag. i aktywności zasadowej zawierającej się w przedziale 22 - 30 mg R<sup>+</sup>/kg. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób wytwarzania kompozycji klejącej według zgłoszenia obejmujący etapy: a) dodania sproszkowanego szkła odpadowego do wodnego szkła sodowego; b) zmieszania komponentów z etapu a); charakteryzujący się tym, że sproszkowane szkło odpadowe jest dodawane w takiej ilości, że stosunek wagowy wodnego szkła sodowego do sproszkowanego szkła odpadowego wynosi od 1:1 do 1:4, natomiast wielkość ziaren sproszkowanego szkła odpadowego wynosi poniżej 0,04 mm a zawartość Na<sub>2</sub>Oeq w sproszkowanym szkle odpadowym wynosi 15 – 16% wag. przy jego aktywności zasadowej zawierającej się w przedziale 22 - 30 mg R<sup>+</sup>/kg.The subject of the application is an adhesive composition based on sodium water glass characterized by the fact that it contains powdered waste glass with a grain size of less than 0.04 mm and a Na<sub>2</sub>Oeq content of 15 - 16% by weight. and alkaline activity ranging from 22 to 30 mg R<sup>+</sup>/kg. The invention also provides a method for preparing the adhesive composition according to the application, including the steps of: a) adding powdered waste glass to sodium water glass; b) mixing the components from step a); characterized by the fact that the powdered waste glass is added in such an amount that the weight ratio of sodium water glass to the powdered waste glass is from 1:1 to 1:4, while the grain size of the powdered waste glass is below 0.04 mm and the Na< sub>2</sub>Oeq in powdered waste glass is 15 – 16% by weight. with its alkaline activity ranging from 22 - 30 mg R<sup>+</sup>/kg.
