Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja geopolimeru na bazie metakaolinu do wytwarzania spoiwa budowlanego zawierająca wodorotlenek sodu, szkło wodne sodowe i wodę destylowaną charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera sproszkowane szkło odpadowe, a proporcja wagowa metakaolinu: szkła wodnego sodowego: sproszkowanego szkła odpadowego: wodorotlenku sodu: wody destylowanej wynosi 85 - 99,5: 0,5 - 15: 100: 5,5 – 11: 10. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania kompozycji według zgłoszenia obejmujący etapy: a) ekstrakcji sproszkowanego szkła odpadowego z zastosowaniem wody destylowanej; b) dodania metakaolinu do mieszanki z etapu a) i wymieszania całości; c) dodania szkła wodnego sodowego z wodorotlenkiem sodu do mieszanki z etapu b); d) mieszania mieszanki z etapu c); charakteryzujący się tym, że w etapie a) komponenty zmieszano w proporcji wagowej sproszkowane szkło odpadowe: woda destylowana 1:8, natomiast proporcja wagowa metakaolinu: szkła wodnego sodowego: sproszkowanego szkła odpadowego: wodorotlenku sodu: wody destylowanej w etapie d) wynosi 85 — 99,5: 0,5 — 15: 100: 5,5 — 11: 10.
