Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania (S)-(+)-ibuprofenu, który polega na tym, że reakcję estryfikacji, prowadzi się w obecności racematu ibuprofenu w ilości 1 mmol, do którego wprowadza się 0,5 mmol do 5 mmol alkoholu, następnie otrzymaną mieszaninę rozpuszcza się 0,5 ml do 5 ml w rozpuszczalnikach organicznych lub cieczach jonowych, po czym dodaje od 0,3 ml do 5 ml biokatalizatora w postaci lipazy z Aspergillus Oryzae, korzystnie 1,5 ml lipazy na 1 mmol ibuprofenu, reakcję prowadzi się w wytrząsarce w zakresie temperatur od 15°C do 40°C, w czasie 8h do 96h korzystnie 48 godzin, rozdziela przez destylację i poddaje hydrolizie.
