Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest 37-merowa sonda oligonukleotydowa, reagująca na zmiany pH otoczenia, o budowie latarni molekularnej z i-motywem w pętli opartej o sekwencję 5'-GTGATCTAACCC CGC CCC GCC CCG CCC CTACGATCAC-3', znakowanej na końcu 5' donorem i na końcu 3' akceptorem energii do zastosowania jako indykatora o nazwie 488-37RET-590 do monitorowania zmian w metabolizmie komórek nowotworowych, tworzących guzy lite, wywołanych terapeutykami typu antymetabolity i/lub antyhormony.
