Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest membrana (1) warstwowa dla powierzchni dachowych lub ściennych, przeznaczona jako warstwa ochronno-paroprzepuszczalna do układania na konstrukcji dachu, ewentualnie także w adekwatnych zastosowaniach, w tym na budowlanych powierzchniach poziomych, np. na stropach, na posadzkach lub powierzchniach pionowych, np. na ścianach, na otwartych fasadach. Membrana (1) warstwowa dla powierzchni dachowych lub ściennych, zapewniająca wysoką wodoszczelność i jednocześnie wysoką przepuszczalność pary wodnej, posiada jako warstwę spodnią jedną paroprzepuszczalną warstwę nośną (2), korzystnie z włókniny bądź z tkaniny oraz posiada co najmniej jedną osadzoną na warstwie nośnej nieprzepuszczalną dla wody warstwę funkcyjną (3) z tworzywa sztucznego. Z warstwą nośną (2) połączonych jest pięć warstw funkcyjnych (3), z czego licząc w kierunku od warstwy nośnej (2), warstwa trzecia (4), jako warstwa środkowa, wykonana jest z TPU o współczynniku Sd z zakresu od 0,018m do 0,05m, korzystnie z regranulatu TPU, warstwy funkcyjne z nią sąsiadujące, czyli warstwa druga (5) i warstwa czwarta (6), są wykonane z TPU o współczynniku Sd z zakresu od 0,008m do 0,025m, a warstwy funkcyjne skrajne, czyli warstwa pierwsza (7) i warstwa piąta (8) są wykonane z termoplastycznego TPU o strukturze silnie przyczepnej, korzystnie strukturyzowanej przy czym warstwy funkcyjne skrajne (7, 8) są typu klejowego zapewniając podwyższoną adhezję. Grubość warstwy funkcyjnej trzeciej (4) wynosi od 7µm do 24,5µm, grubość warstwy funkcyjnej drugiej (5) i czwartej (6) niezależnie wynosi od 5µm do 17,5µm, a warstwy funkcyjnej pierwszej (7) i piątej (8) niezależnie wynosi od 1,5µm do 5,25µm.
