Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozyt, mieszanina formierska, sposób wytwarzania wyrobu z kompozytu, zastosowanie proszku gaśniczego jako wzmocnienia ognioochronnego osnowy polimerowej. Kompozyt zawiera osnowę polimerową i jest charakterystyczny tym, że mielony odpad PET/PP/V (1) osadzony jest w osnowie polimerowej o grubości co najmniej 2 mm, gdzie mielony odpad PET/PP/V (1) stanowi od 10% do 80% wagowych osnowy polimerowej, przy czym powierzchnię kompozytu (3) w 1-99% stanowi mielony odpad PET/PP/V (1), gdzie mielony odpad PET/PP/V (1) to odpad z poli(tereftalanu etylenu) i/lub polipropylenu i/lub poli(chlorku vinylu), a osnowa polimerowa zawiera żywicę chemoutwardzalną.
