Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanina do wytworzenia aktywnej folii na bazie chitozanu, która charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z 1,0 - 5,0 cg/g chitozanu o stopniu deacetylacji od 60 do 95 cg/g i o średniej masie cząsteczkowej od 30 000 do 890 000; 0,25 - 2,5 cg/g ekstraktu roślinnego o zawartości tanin od 70 do 85 cg/g; 19,0 - 38,0 cg/g plastyfikatora, 0,5 - 1,5 cg/g roztworu kwasu octowego albo mlekowego o stężeniu od 80% do 99,9% i 55,0 — 73,0 cg/g wody. Funkcję plastyfikatora pełni produkt estryfikacji glikolu propylenowego z jednym lub dwoma kwasami karboksylowymi, który zawiera sumarycznie od 30 do 90 cg/g monoestrów glikolu propylenowego i diestrów glikolu propylenowego. Jako plastyfikator jest również stosowany epoksydowany produkt estryfikacji glikolu propylenowego z jednym lub dwoma kwasami karboksylowymi, który zawiera od 30 do 80 cg/g epoksydowanych monoestrów glikolu propylenowego i epoksydowanych diestrów glikolu propylenowego.The subject of the application is a mixture for producing an active film based on chitosan, which is characterized by the fact that it consists of 1.0 - 5.0 cg/g of chitosan with a deacetylation degree from 60 to 95 cg/g and an average molecular weight from 30,000 to 890 000; 0.25 - 2.5 cg/g of plant extract with tannin content from 70 to 85 cg/g; 19.0 - 38.0 cg/g of plasticizer, 0.5 - 1.5 cg/g of acetic or lactic acid solution with a concentration of 80% to 99.9% and 55.0 - 73.0 cg/g of water. The plasticizer function is performed by the product of esterification of propylene glycol with one or two carboxylic acids, which contains a total of 30 to 90 cg/g of propylene glycol monoesters and propylene glycol diesters. An epoxidized product of esterification of propylene glycol with one or two carboxylic acids, which contains from 30 to 80 cg/g of epoxidized propylene glycol monoesters and epoxidized propylene glycol diesters, is also used as a plasticizer.
